Do you accept insurance?
As an out-of-network provider, I'm not contracted with insurance companies, but I'll check your out-of-network benefits and submit claims on your behalf.
Get reimbursed up to 80% of your visit.
How it works:
Clients are responsible for the full session fee at the time of each session.
Most plans have an out-of-network deductible, which is the amount you need to pay out of pocket before your insurance starts reimbursing you.
If you’ve seen other out-of-network providers this year, you may have already made progress toward meeting it.
After your deductible is paid, your insurance will reimburse you directly for a portion of each session. The exact reimbursement amount depends on the details of your specific plan.
Many clients get reimbursed 60 - 80% of my appointment fee.
Reimbursement processing times vary by insurance provider and typically take between 30 to 60 days.
What form of payment do you accept?
Credit cards, cash, Zelle & Venmo
When is payment due?
Payment is expected at the time of service.
